HA1 Task 2 – Artistic Styles

PHOTOREALISM;

Photorealism is when you're drawing a photo, but instead of having that sort of cartoon style to the image, you draw it incredibly realistic to the photo the drawing is based off.

CELL SHADING;

Cell Shading is where you add shades to a 3D character, say for instance in a game or movie. The character will have darker shades then lighter depending on angles the character is turned.

ABSTRACTION;

Abstract art is art that does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of a visual reality but instead use shapes, colours, forms and gestural marks to achieve its effect.

EXAGGERATION;

Exaggeration art is when you making something on an image stand out from the rest of the image. Say for instance you draw a persons face, you make the mouth really big compared to the rest of the face.
